Giveaway & Contest Official Rules
1. No Purchase Necessary
Unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise where lawful, no purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve the odds of winning.
2. Sponsor
The sponsor is YourTravelFriends, unless the individual promotion identifies a different or additional sponsor.
3. Eligibility
Eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, minimum age, and excluded persons will be stated on the applicable giveaway page. Employees, contractors, household members, or promotion partners may be excluded.
4. Promotion Period
The start and end date and time for each promotion will be shown on the promotion page. Entries received outside the stated period are not eligible.
5. How to Enter
Follow the entry instructions shown for the applicable promotion. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate, manipulated, or otherwise abusive entries may be disqualified.
6. Prizes
Prize description and approximate retail value will be stated on the promotion page. Prizes are not transferable except at the sponsor’s discretion. Taxes and expenses not expressly included are the winner’s responsibility.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners may be selected at random or according to criteria disclosed for the promotion. Potential winners must respond within the timeframe stated in the winner notification and may need to verify eligibility.
8. Odds
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received unless otherwise stated.
9. Publicity

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release the sponsor and promotion partners from claims arising from participation or acceptance/use of a prize, except where such limitations are prohibited.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with social media platforms or other third-party services used to promote them.
